Okay. So we're good to go. Thank you very much. Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name's Owen Hegarty. I'm a Non-Executive Director of 29M, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors. On behalf of my fellow Directors and James and the rest of the management team, I'm delighted to welcome you here to the AGM today, this morning. Today's AGM is being conducted as a hybrid meeting designed to maximize the opportunity for our shareholders to participate. I would ask our company secretary, in a moment, Melinda, to take us through some of the logistics for shareholders participating online. Before we begin, I'd like to acknowledge the First Peoples, and pay respect to their elders past and present, and particularly those communities around Golden Grove in Western Australia, and in and around Capricorn Copper in Queensland.
