Thank you, operator. I would like to welcome everyone to Integra's 2026 First Quarter Operating and Financial Results Conference Call. On the call today, I am joined by Integra's President, CEO and Director, George Salamis; Chief Operating Officer, Clifford Lafleur; Vice President, Finance, Sean Deissner; Vice President, Permitting, Dale Kerner; and General Manager for the Florida Canyon Mine, Greg Robinson.
