Gas prices continued to climb this week, hitting their highest level since July 2022.
As of May 11th, weekly prices were up 5 cents for regular and premium, marking the third consecutive weekly increase.
Currently, the national average for regular gasoline stands at $4.50 per gallon, with premium averaging $5.45. These prices represent a significant jump since the start of the year, with regular gas up 60% and premium up 45%.
