Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us for DMCI Holdings Analyst Briefing. My name is Hannah Chan from Investor Relations, and I'll be taking you through a short presentation of the group's financial and operational performance for the first quarter of 2026, and we'll leave more time towards the end for the Q&A.
Joining us today are members of the DMCI Group's top management team, as shown on our screen, led by our Chairman and President, Mr. Isidro A. Consunji; and our Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Herbert M. Consunji.
