I'm very happy to welcome you to Mirum's conference call to discuss our recent clinical readouts, including the top line results of our VISTAS Phase IIb study of volixibat in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis, or PSC, and last week's announcement of top line results from the Phase II portion of the AZURE-1 study of brelovitug in hepatitis delta.
