Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us today to announce the transaction that we've agreed between Regis Resources and Vault Minerals, which is a merger of our respective companies. Also joining me on the call today is Luke Tonkin, MD and CEO of Vault. Luke is -- I'm in Sydney, Luke is in Perth.
