Peacock is releasing a three-part documentary series on convicted sex traffickers and former luxury real estate moguls Oren, Tal, and Alon Alexander.
The Wolves of Real Estate: The Alexander Brothers, as it’s been dubbed at least for now, will debut this summer, the streamer revealed ahead of parent company NBCUniversal’s Upfront presentation on Monday.
The series investigates how three successful brothers ascended in the elite world of luxury real estate and private security in Miami and New York, all while harboring an extremely dark secret. It tells the story of three brothers who were recently convicted of preying on women for more than a decade, masquerading as party boys while drugging and raping them from the Hamptons to Aspen. These secrets only came to light when dozens of women came forward, leading to one of the biggest sex trafficking trials of the decade.
Delving into the family and brothers’ early years, and with access to never-before-seen footage and exclusive interviews, the series exposes a twisted and disturbing tale. The documentary series is based on reporting by New York Magazine.
Executive producers are Mary Robertson, Emma Schwartz, Dana J. Olkkonen, Scoop Wasserstein, Charlize Theron, Dawn Olmstead, Beth Kono, AJ Dix and Matt Maher. Emma Schwartz directed the series.
The docuseries hails from Maxine Productions, a part of Sony Pictures Television, Vox MediaStudios and Secret Menu.
