EXCLUSIVE: CAA has signed The Career Ladder creator Max Klymenko to its creator division.

The Ukrainian creator’s content is viewed more than 600 million times per month and has generated plus-3 billion views, according to his new agency, which said he has “built the world’s largest channel for jobs and opportunity.”

Crowned Creator of the Year at the 2025 UK TikTok Awards, Klymenko focuses on business, education and careers.

He has had his most success with The Career Ladder, in which he stands on the back of a ladder, invites one guest at a time to stand on the front side, and attempts to guess their career through a series of questions in under two minutes. Klymenko recently took the show on a two-year tour.

Klymenko has partnered with Amazon, Chanel, Microsoft, Ferrari, Adobe and Adidas. He was recently featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, is a member of the NATO Youth Advisory Board and has been involved with UK creators‘ push to be more formally recognized by the government. Last year, he was the face of a press event about YouTube’s The Creator Consultation report, which he backed alongside the likes of fellow CAA client Amelia Dimoldenberg.

He joins a CAA creator division which reps the likes of KSI, Dharminder “Dhar” Mann and Jesser, and is expanding in the UK, per our analysis late last year. CAA digital boss Brent Weinstein was in London several months back taking meetings with agents repping digital talent.
