Netflix will release Enola Holmes 3 on July 1st. 

We first reported back in November 2024 that Philip Barantini was attached to direct Enola Holmes 3. Millie Bobby Brown and Louis Partridge lead the film. Also starring in the pic are Himesh Patel, Henry Cavill, Helena Bonham Carter, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster. 

Mary Parent, Ali Mendes, and Alex Garcia are producing Enola Holmes 3 for Legendary Entertainment, with Millie Bobby Brown and Bobby Brown producing for Brown’s production company PCMA Productions. Jake Bongiovi and Isobel Richards executive produce for PCMA, and Joshua Grode for Legendary and Michael Dreyer.

Enola Holmes and Enola Holmes 2 scribe Jack Thorne returned to write the script, based on The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer.

The film’s synopsis reads: Adventure chases detective Enola Holmes to Malta, where personal and professional dreams collide in a case more tangled and treacherous than any she has faced before.

The previous two pics followed Enola as she followed in the footsteps of her famous brother, Sherlock Holmes (Cavill), solving mysteries all across London. Based on the famous book series by Nancy Springer, the original pic landed at the streamer in the midst of the pandemic in 2020 and quickly found a fan base.
