The Real Housewives of Rhode Island premiere episode amassed 2.7M viewers across platforms in seven days post-April 2 debut, making it Bravo’s biggest multiplatform series premiere since 2024, according to NBCUniversal.
The series now also lays claim to the most-watched series or season premiere of all time for a Bravo original on Peacock in its first 7 days, the company says.
The buzz around the premiere has translated into sustained attention on the latest addition to the Real Housewives franchise. Per NBCU, Episode 4 saw an 11% audience boost on Peacock compared to the first three episodes, based on three-day average minute audience.
As with many of Bravo’s biggest shows, the series is a conversation starter online, generating 60M impressions and 33.5M video views across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X since the series’ first announcement at BravoCon 2025.
The franchise began in 2006 with The Real Housewives of Orange County and has exploded across America in the last 20 years. Rhode Island marks the 11th traditional spinoff of the series, which currently has franchise in New York City, Atlanta, New Jersey, Beverly Hills, Miami, Potomac and Salt Lake City as well as the OC. There were previous iterations set in D.C. and Dallas as well as the Ultimate Girls Trip spinoff.
The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is produced by Evolution Media, which produces The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as well as Vanderpump Rules and Botched. Lucilla D’Agostino, Joseph Ferraro and Jen McClure-Metz executive produce alongside Andy Cohen.
