Survivor 50 ended on a high note with the franchise’s most-watched finale in six years.

The finale episode, which aired Wednesday night, drew 5.78M live + same-day viewers, per Nielsen’s preliminary panel only data. That’s the best since the Season 40 finale pulled 7.61M viewers on May 13, 2020. These numbers will likely slightly increase in the final dataset from Nielsen, but not enough to change this feat.

The Survivor 50 finale was also up 20% week-over-week, according to Nielsen.

Also based on preliminary panel-only ratings, last night’s finale was up 32% compared to the most recent finale on December 17, which drew 4.39M live + same-day viewers. It also grew 35% compared to the 4.29M who tuned in for last year’s spring finale. Season-to-date, the average audience is up 17%.

Multiplatform highlights are not yet available for the entire season, but so far the season is averaging 9.8M viewers across platforms in L+35, marking a 26% increase over the fall season (which averaged 7.8M. Survivor 50 is up 19% from the spring 2025 season’s 8.2M L+35 viewers.

Wednesday night’s live finale crowned Aubry Bracco the winner. In a dramatic conclusion to the Emmy-winning series’ milestone season, host and executive producer Jeff Probst revealed the jury’s votes, ultimately naming the New Hampshire native the Sole Survivor and $2M winner.
