




























Broadway‘s Tony-nominated The Lost Boys musical will launch a North American tour in spring 2028, producers announced today, with the first stop at Playhouse Square in Cleveland.
Additional cities and tour dates will be announced at a later date. A tour cast was not announced.
“We’re thrilled to announce that The Lost Boys will launch its North American tour in Cleveland, delivering the acclaimed artistry, breathtaking flying sequences, and heartfelt story of family that have captivated audiences at The Palace Theatre to cities across the country,” said producers James Carpinello, Marcus Chait, and Patrick Wilson.
Craig Hassall, Playhouse Square President and CEO, said, “The Lost Boys is already generating buzz on Broadway having just garnered 12 Tony nominations. Here in Cleveland, we are ready do the same when we partner with the producers to launch the national tour at Playhouse Square in the Spring of 2028.”
A musical adaptation of the 1987 vampire movie, The Lost Boys, directed by Michael Arden with a book by David Hornsby and Chris Hoch and score by The Rescues, is Tony-nominated for Best Musical, Best Book, Best Original Score, Best Direction, Best Featured Actress (Shoshana Bean), Best Featured Actor (Ali Louis Bourzgui), Best Choreography (Lauren Yalango-Grant and Christopher Cree Grant), Best Orchestrations (Ethan Popp, et al.) Best Scenic Design (Dane Laffrey), Costume Design (Ryan Park), Lighting Design (Michael Arden and Jen Schriever), and Sound Design (Adam Fisher).
