EXCLUSIVE: Buyers are sparking to Lucy Hale romantic fantasy film Vision Board, which Concourse Media launched ahead of the Cannes market.
The film has pre-sold to Wild Bunch for Germany and Switzerland, Rialto for Australia and New Zealand, CDC for Latin America, ProRom for Eastern Europe, Three Lines for Benelux, Paradise for CIS and Baltics, Falcon for Middle East, and Captive for Airlines, with more deals in process.
Pretty Little Liars and Truth Or Dare star Hale will play “a struggling fashion designer stuck in a dead-end life who, after drunkenly creating a vision board, wakes up to find herself living her dream reality. She now has it all: a Malibu mansion, a thriving fashion empire, and a seemingly perfect romance with a charming and charismatic partner. But as she leans into this aspirational new life, she begins to realize that achieving everything she ever wanted may come at the cost of losing her authentic self.”
Written by author Morgan Matson, the film will be directed by Peter Hutchings and marks his third collaboration with Hale following The Hating Game and Which Brings Me to You. Production is being lined up for later this year.
Producers are Claude Dal Farra and Brian Keady of BCDF Pictures (The Hating Game), Matthew Shreder and his company Concourse Media will executive-produce and finance alongside Archetype Media Finance.
