Josh Allen candidly revealed a funny habit of his that annoys his wife, Hailee Steinfeld.

​During a recent chat on the Centered on Buffalo podcast with former Buffalo Bills player Eric Wood, the NFL star, who welcomed his first baby with the Sinners actress last month, revealed that he gives hilarious reactions whenever Hailee tries to fix something in his beard or mustache.

​“Anytime she tries to, like, if I got something in my beard or my mustache and she goes to reach for it I always, like, bark and snap,” Allen shared.

​Josh then explained that the habit comes from his childhood and something his father used to do.

​“It’s something my dad did, you know?” Josh recalled. “We’d be little kids touching the whiskers on his face and he’d be like argh, you know? So every time I do that, it gets her every single time and I can’t not do it. It’s like, it’s there for the taking and I have to take it.”

​Elsewhere in the conversation, Josh's fellow athlete asked if he had any pet peeves about Hailee.

​“Absolutely nothing, Eric,” Josh quickly replied with a smile. “What are you trying to do here? What are you trying to do to me?”

​It is pertinent to mention that the newly minted parents are all set to celebrate their first wedding anniversary on May 31.
