​After Britney Spears' representative dismissed the claims of the singer's erratic "outbursts" at a restaurant in Los Angeles, a dinner guest has shared some details about the "crazy" incident.

​Entertainment reporter Jeff Sneider told Page Six that Spears arrived at the Blue Dog Tavern restaurant on Wednesday night with two other people and claimed that he did not recognize the singer at first because she was wearing sunglasses.

​“The woman sat down and proceeded to make a lot of woofing or barking noises and just throw a lot of outbursts,” he alleged.

​Sneider said he later realized it was Britney after she removed her sunglasses. He also claimed the singer repeatedly stood up, sat down, and moved around the restaurant during dinner.

​He noted she was “definitely a nuisance to sit next to at dinner."

​According to Sneider, Spears was holding a knife at one point while standing, though he clarified that her intention did not feel threatening or "anything like that.”

​However, another guest reportedly felt uncomfortable and allegedly said, “She had a knife and came toward me. I thought she was going to stab me.”

​He further remarked that her companions tried to calm her down throughout the evening.

​Sneider also claimed she briefly lit a cigarette inside the restaurant before staff asked her to put it out.

​After reports of Britney's behavior went viral, her publicist strongly denied claims that the singer posed any danger.

​“This is completely blown out of proportion. Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard,” her rep said.

​“At no point did she put anyone in danger with a knife,” the statement continued. “She was cutting her hamburger in half.”
