Meghan Markle is reportedly ‘thrilled’ her friendship with Kris Jenner is back on track after last year’s ‘photogate' scandal.

As per a report by the Closer, the photogate scandal was the celebrity friendship break-up of the year, but six months on from Meghan and Kris Jenner’s alleged fallout, they appear to be back on track.

Meghan sent gifts to Kris on Mother’s Day, and the US reality TV star thanked the Duchess for the sweet gesture.

To celebrate Mother’s Day in the US [May 10th], Kris took to social media to share that she had received a hamper of As Ever gifts – including scented candles and chocolate – from Meghan.

She posted on social media, "Thank you @Meghan @aseverofficial for the beautiful Mother’s Day gifts! These candles smell so delicious! Happy Mother’s Day."

Following this development, the insiders told the publication Meghan is ‘thrilled’ her friendship with Kris is back on track.

The close source says, “The problem of course is that Meghan wants Kris in her corner. She says she’s a huge asset. She loves that Kris publicly supports her and hypes up her projects online, and she’s thrilled that their friendship is still intact.”

“Meghan played it cool, but the truth is, she was very out of sorts when they had all that drama last year and she’s beyond relieved things are back on track,” the mole continued.
