Here’s a quick guide to help you onboard smoothly:

Step 1: Invite multiple members in seconds

• Navigate to feedly.com/i/team/users.
• Click ‘Invite Members’.
• Add their email address.

Pro tip: You can add multiple team members at once.

Step 2: Assign Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles for better security control

• Admins: Can access team settings, billing, and manage other members.
• Editors: Can create and manage shared content such as team folders, boards, dashboards, and newsletters. Editors don’t have access to administrative settings.
• Viewers: Have read-only access to all shared content.

Step 3: Set up their guided experience

Select which Team Boards, AI Feeds, Newsletters, and other content your new members will see when they log in for the first time.

Step 4: Send the Invitation

Once you invite your team, they’ll receive an email with a link to join.

You’ll be notified as soon as they accept.

The Get Started Page dynamically adapts based on your team’s shared content, the inviter’s role, and your Feedly Plan. It also offers an easy way for new users to reach out to your Customer Success Manager if they need extra support or have questions.
