When Sarah Adams (Aimee-Ffion Edwards, giving a bleak story real heart) takes a taxi after a mildly drunken night out, her driver seems pleasant. But John Worboys (Daniel Mays) had a regular modus operandi – a compliment, a few slightly intrusive questions, an offer of a (spiked) drink and, finally, rape. Jeff Pope’s drama mercifully largely blurs out the assault but the aftermath is barely less grim: a sensitively dramatised, step-by-step illustration of why only three out of every 100 rape and sexual assault reports proceed to charges. It’s a tale of suspicious male cops, undermining partners and an unwieldy legal system – which, in the case of Worboys, enabled more attacks. Phil Harrison

Greg Davies looms over the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall as he presents this year’s TV gongs. Look out for a double battle (for lead and supporting actress awards) between Aimee Lou Wood and Erin Doherty, and expect plenty of love for last year’s small-screen sensation Adolescence. PH

This new life-swap series, which looks to immerse its participants in different realities, begins with shopaholic youngsters Saffron, Umar and Bridie. They’ll be leaving their old lives behind for a week in favour of an off-grid commune in Cornwall. Can they be persuaded by community values? PH

The Iron Claw, 10pm, BBC Two

If this weren’t a true story, you’d be forgiven for scoffing at the implausibilities that pile up in Sean Durkin’s poignant biopic. Telling the tale of the Von Erich family of wrestlers in Texas, it is a parade of triumph and tragedy in a sometimes pitiless sport. The focus is on eldest son Kevin – a stunningly muscle-bound Zac Efron – who strives for success but finds his dad Fritz (Holt McCallany) grooming his brothers David (Harris Dickinson) and Kerry (Jeremy Allen White) for world title shots instead.
