财库拒相府议,减公车电费税至五成。

官署尝议减公用电车充电之值,自二十折为五折于前岁之预算,然财库大臣瑞弗斯(Rachel Reeves)主政,因部门间有异见,遂拒此议。

交通部官员,据三业者言,勖电车主充电点经营者,书于财库,释其应于消费税减之策。充电公司云,将税减之惠,施于民用。

DfT之臣,知减公共充电之VAT,时家室困于生计之压。此部由海蒂·亚历山大主之。

政府日受压力,欲减电力公共充电之VAT,盖因觉居家充电者与无街外停车者之间,不公甚矣。

居家充电者,电费按家率五分计,然英税总署于公共充电则施标准税率百分之二十。批者谓其差为“街衢之税”,阻电乘之变,尤甚于都会之地。

然财库固守旧制,盖因虑未来失之VAT税,其数将随电动车增而日增,而汽油柴油车之燃油税收入则渐减也。

增值税之差异,将成政府检视公共充电费用之要务,其报告当在秋日。

然財政之權或可制。三月英京稅務裁判所判,稅率本應為五,由於法之誤用也。英國稅務及關稅總署抗爭此判決然诸专家皆言其难成。

官媒有言:“政府以减新车价至三千七百五十镑之策,促电动化之变,已惠及九万五千余人,且注资七十五亿镑于英伦电动车业.

“吾辈亦将审公车充电之费,察能源价之变,及诸费之由,谋减此费于民之策。”
