布里吉特·菲利普森要求审查隐藏的育儿费用之害

教育大臣布里奇特·菲利普森,正下令对隐匿式托育费用展开竞争审查,缘于忧虑家长虽处政府主导之托育时长扩充,仍遭额外费用之累。

菲利普森已致函竞争与市场管理局。 (CMA) 令其察诸政,如不退之押金、必加之添项、及附于官办育婴之限制。

官员言,父母犹多被索额外之费,以得儿辈入育婴之位,如预付之金、添付之时、及婴之必需,如尿布、食餐、防晒霜之费。

菲利普森之介入,适逢基尔·斯塔默政府寻求缓解家庭预算压力之策,因伊朗战事持续影响全球家庭,而大臣们忧心忡忡,恐家庭实未得政府支持之惠。

期六,财政大臣瑞贝尔宣示“盛夏大省”之策,其政有:八月儿童免费乘公交,及罢饼干、巧克力、干果等日用之税。政府亦延临时燃料税减五便士之令。
