Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving an agreement with Serbia on the development, design, construction and operation of a gas turbine power plant in Serbia.
The agreement was signed in Belgrade on 15 February, News.Az reports, citing Report.
Under the decree, the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will be responsible for implementing the agreement’s provisions once it enters into force.
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs will notify the Serbian government that all necessary domestic procedures for the agreement’s implementation have been completed.
