

















Tickets for the upcoming UFC tournament in Baku have been purchased by fans from 67 countries around the world, with the strongest interest coming from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Israel, News.Az reports.
Azerbaijan is the only country in the CIS, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus currently hosting a UFC event. The tournament is scheduled for June 27 at the National Gymnastics Arena.
The main event will feature Azerbaijan’s Rafael Fiziev facing Mexico’s Manuel Torres. The co-main event will see Russian middleweight fighter Shara “Bullet” Magomedov take on Brazil’s Michel Pereira.
In addition, Azerbaijani fighter Farman Hasanov is set to compete during the event, where he will face Eric Nolan of the United States inside the Octagon.
