Citadel (Season 2)

Anthony and Joe Russo, whose past work includes several films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, produce Citadel. The spy thriller co-stars Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden as married spies Nadia Sinh and Mason Kane, whose memories were wiped after an attack. Eventually, they assume new identities as completely different people, living separate lives for years before reuniting and trying to make sense of their old and new lives as they begin to converge. The series includes Stanley Tucci, Matt Berry, Lesley Manville and Ashleigh Cummings. All seven episodes of season 2 will be released on Wednesday, May 6. 

Good Omens

In Good Omens, Michael Sheen stars as an angel, Aziraphale, and David Tennant is a demon, Crowley. Together, the two are an unlikely, co-dependent duo. In season 3, Aziraphale has returned to heaven, where he's been newly appointed as Supreme Archangel and is tasked with overseeing the Second Coming. Meanwhile, Crowley, left behind on Earth, has hit rock bottom and is failing to thrive without his old friend. Though this is billed as the show's final season, it will actually be one 90-minute episode, a grand finale for the series that first premiered in 2019.

Off Campus

Off Campus is yet another hockey romance TV show based on a steamy book series (though it's got a few major differences if you're looking for the next Heated Rivalry). The new college-set soap opera follows the men's hockey team at the fictional Briar University -- and the women who love them. The series stars Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, Mika Abdalla and Antonio Cipriano, and all episodes will drop May 13. The show has even received a green light for a second season ahead of its Season 1 premiere. 

It's Not Like That

Scott Foley and Erinn Hayes star as single parents who are friends -- but nothing more -- in It's Not Like That. The series is currently available on the subscription-based Wonder Project platform, and is about to get a wide release on Prime Video. Foley plays Malcolm, a widower, while Hayes plays Lori, a newly divorced mom of two, whose families used to do everything together. Now that they're both single, they're adjusting to their new realities and trying to figure out what their feelings for each other really are... hence the name of the show. All episodes will drop on May 15.

Spider-Noir

Nicolas Cage stars in the new live-action series Spider-Noir, based on the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir. The show marks Cage's first leading role in a TV series. In it, he plays Ben Reilly, a down-on-his-luck private investigator in 1930s New York who was once a superhero known as "The Spider." When he's offered a new case, Ben assumes his old alter ego one more time. 

While we're excited to see what Cage can do in this role, a live-action version of the character he voiced in the first Spider-Verse movie. We're also looking forward to the choose-your-own-viewing-experience aspect of the show. The series will be available to stream two ways: "Authentic Black & White" for an especially noir feel, or in "True-Hue Full Color," a stylized, color-saturated option. Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, Abraham Popoola and Jack Huston all co-star. The series will debut on MGM Plus's broadcast channel on May 25 and arrives on streaming on Prime Video on May 27 as a binge release.

Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan: Ghost War

The newest Jack Ryan movie, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan: Ghost War, is the sixth Jack Ryan film and a direct follow-up to Prime Video's Jack Ryan TV series that starred John Krasinski and ended in 2023. 

Krasinski (who also co-wrote the film) returns as the CIA operative who reunites with fellow CIA agent Mike November (Michael Kelly) and former CIA boss James Greer (Wendell Pierce) and is also now joined by MI6 officer Emma Marlowe (Sienna Miller) to track down and confront a rogue black-ops unit. The movie premieres on May 20.
