Daisy Ridley stars in this zombie film about the ‘undead’ who rise again after a catastrophic military disaster. While it’s said by authorities that they don’t pose a huge threat, Ava (Ridley) discovers the chilling truth when she enters a quarantine zone searching for her missing husband.

The Boroughs
Alfred Molina and Geena Davis star in this new horror adventure show, produced by The Duffer Brothers (who were, of course, behind Stranger Things). This is set at a picturesque retirement community called The Boroughs, where unhappy new arrival Sam Cooper starts to believe that something monstrous is stalking the residents. A gang of them band together to find out what’s going on.

Tatiana Maslany plays a recently-divorced mum who gets involved in a blackmail and murder plot, which is kicked off when she gets talking to a camboy online. Was she the only witness to a murder, or what is going on? She tries to investigate while dealing with domestic dramas and work.

The ninth season of this adult animated comedy, about a sociopathic scientist and his grandson, is said to be more unhinged than its predecessors. And that’s really saying something. One for those who love cult comedy and quirky, dark, sci-fi-inflected humour.
