The standard semi is 1,152sq ft, while the larger version measures 1,313 sq ft.

“This new-to-market development is good news for Little Island, where new homes are in very scarce supply,” the agent says, noting that residential zoning in Harbour Point means many more homes are likely to be built in the coming decades.
