Green with Envy
If you’ve ever visited Macbees, you’ll know we love colour so our go-to brand is Essentiel Antwerp. This brand embodies what we at Macbees are all about – refreshing, offbeat, luxury fashion. The vibrant apple green Judith shirt has co-ordinating trousers for full impact.
Delicate Details
We love the Scandi cool of Copenhagen-based brand, Munthe. An artistic and craft-focused alternative to the contemporary fashion industry, their Blaise super-soft denim top with gold embroidery is a highlight piece from the latest collection. Dress it up with their luxurious gold lace skirt or keep it laid back with your favourite jeans.
Birds of a Feather
Irish jewellery brand Capulet & Montague boasts bold design and brilliant colour combinations in beautiful laser-cut pieces. Lisa describes her pieces as wearable art and we love that the Martine Birds earrings in blue and lilac are both statement and wearable.
Ear Candy
A new addition for us this season is Barcelona-based jewellery brand, Levens, and its hand-blown glass creations. Committed to creativity and eco-consciousness, their mismatched chained pearl earrings are our favourite from this season’s edit.
Statement Shoes
The cool Korean brand 4CCCCEES takes inspiration from a classic clog but makes it extra. These Plia Bow black slides are crafted with buoyancy and lightness in mind and they’re like walking on clouds.
Stay Dry
It might be summer, but this is Kerry so we had to include a rain coat, a waterproof Ragan Mac from Norwegian brand, BRGN in recycled denim. Originating from the rainiest town in Europe, these guys know what they are talking about when it comes to rainwear.
Sustainable Style
Designer Aoife Rooney cares so much about every element of her pieces, from fabric choice to its circularity – her whole ethos is an absolute inspiration. We adore the drama of this cropped jacquard blazer with statement sculptural ruffle.
True Stripes
Speaking of all things extra and quirky, we had to include a piece from one of our Spanish brands, Celia B. Her love of colour clash and crazy prints chimes perfectly with the Macbees aesthetic and this beautiful Duku dress in clashing cotton stripes has a figure-flattering silhouette, perfect for any summer event.
