Dynamic Yield Introduces Audience Export Manager to Help Enterprise Brands Enrich the Entire Marketing Stack

[New York, April 27, 2020] Dynamic Yield, the AI-Powered Personalization Anywhere™ platform, today announced the release of its Audience Export Manager – a new feature allowing companies to utilize the rich customer data captured by Dynamic Yield across enterprise systems like email service providers (ESPs), ad networks, call center solutions, and more.

Positioned at the last mile of the customer experience, Dynamic Yield collects and analyzes huge amounts of user data, combining CRM, on-site behavior, purchase history, product preferences, and more to build one powerful dataset from which to deliver on-site personalization. With the company’s new Audience Export Manager, all of this data can now be easily accessed in other marketing execution systems, which has substantial applications for enterprises. 

Audience Export Manager in the Dynamic Yield platform

Examples of how Audience Export Manager can be used include:

  • Improve marketing efficiency and acquisition ROI on ad platforms by creating hyper-targeted campaigns based on user affinity, loyalty tier, CRM attributes, historical offline purchase behavior, and more.
  • Expand campaign reach on Google and Facebook by creating lookalikes based on Dynamic Yield’s rich customer audiences.
  • Target Dynamic Yield’s audience segments within an ESP to deliver the most relevant content, promotions, or recommendations for each recipient.
  • Augment first-party platforms (CRM, BI, etc.) with rich customer information such as on-site behavior, probability to purchase, affinity, third-party data, and more. Enhanced site visitor details can be used for targeting on outside platforms and to perform data analysis for better customer insights.
