Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 87.5 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share.The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares. If the option to purchase additional shares is exercised in full, the gross proceeds of the offering will be $2.0 billion, and the company will have 100.6 million outstanding shares of common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 14, 2026 under the ticker symbol “BXDC”. The offering is expected to close on May 15, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company intends to invest the net proceeds from the offering primarily in newly-constructed, income-generating, stabilized data center assets in accordance with the company’s investment strategy.
