Rubrik, a security and AI operations company, launched the Rubrik Practitioner Community, a dedicated platform for practitioners working across data protection, identity security, cloud resilience, and AI operations.The community allows members to connect peer experts, exchange best practices, and access practitioner-authored thought leadership, playbooks, and technical resources.

The launch comes as new research from Rubrik Zero Labs finds that 86% of organizations expect AI agents to outpace their security guardrails within the next year, only 23% have full visibility into the agents already operating in their environments, and nearly 80% of all cyberattacks today are identity-driven. Security and IT practitioners responsible for defending and recovering these systems have relied primarily on informal networks and peer connections to share operational knowledge across organizations and industries.

“Cyber threats today move faster than any playbook can anticipate. The knowledge that comes from rebuilding identity systems after a breach, or restoring operations in the middle of the night, rarely travels beyond the team that lived it. We built this community to give defenders a place to share what actually works and find others who have been in the same situation,” said Kavitha Mariappan, Chief Transformation Officer, Rubrik.

Rubrik views the community as a long-term commitment to the practitioners its products are built to serve. Practitioners who are best connected make fast decisions during incidents and build more durable recovery programs.

The community launches with practitioner-authored content covering ransomware recovery, Active Directory resilience, infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and AI-driven environments. Regional Huddle for Resilience (H4R) meetups give practitioners a way to connect in person for peer networking and hands-on technical sessions. Practitioner Titans and Partner Black Belts are recognized community experts, selected by Rubrik for their hands-on expertise and commitment to advancing the broader practitioner community.
