Paul Simon kicked off the European leg of his A Quiet Celebration Tour in Prague this week, with the North American leg starting in June in California. The tour marks Simon’s return to larger venues after the 2025 iteration, which focused on smaller theaters and symphony halls.
Some of the big venues on the tour include Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheater, Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl, and Forest Hills Stadium in New York. Tickets went on sale in February, and while some of the larger venues still have stubs available, the smaller theaters have largely sold out. The tour is in support of his 2023 album, Seven Psalms, which he has been performing in full to start each show.
While Simon has struggled with hearing loss, risking his ability to perform, he’s been in top form lately, including a stunning performance of There Goes Rhymin’ Simon cut “Something So Right” on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
During Simon’s interview with the comedian, he also explained how his life was “irrevocably changed” by the success of “The Sound of Silence.” That song served as the closer during the 2025 iteration of Simon’s A Quiet Celebration Tour, and fans can likely expect to hear the Simon and Garfunkel classic on this leg, too.
If you’re looking to catch the folk legend on his A Quiet Celebration Tour, general sale tickets are available from Ticketmaster or AXS.
