Vice President J.D. Vance is set to appear on The View this Tuesday to discuss his upcoming book, Communion: Finding My Way Back To Faith, and “priorities and goals for the administration and the latest political headlines,” per ABC. He’ll join six co-hosts — Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Joy Behar, Ana Navarro, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin — in the show’s Hot Topics Table segment.
Vance will be the third sitting Vice President to appear on The View, following Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. However, America’s most-watched daytime talk show has long been critical of Vance and the Trump administration, and will likely ask some tough questions of the VP.
The View airs on ABC, so cord-cutters looking to watch J.D. Vance’s appearance will want to get a live TV streaming service that carries the channel. Here are four of our favorite options, including some with trials that you can use to watch J.D. Vance on The View for free:
DirecTV carries ABC in a few of its cable streaming packages, including its MyNews and MySports Genre Packs and all of its larger Signature Packages. Pricing starts at $39.99 a month for these plans, but all of them start with a five-day free trial.
ABC streams are available with all of Fubo’s plans. Pricing for this live TV streaming service starts at $55.99 a month, but new subscribers can get a free trial and a discount of up to $20 on their first month.
Hulu + Live TV offers ABC as part of its 100-plus-channel lineup. New subscribers can get a three-day free trial before pricing kicks in at $89.99 a month.
Another way to watch The View online is with Sling, which carries ABC in its Select, Blue, and Orange + Blue packages in certain markets. These plans start at just $19.99 a month (Select being the most affordable), but you don’t get a free trial like you do with the above.
J.D. Vance’s appearance on The View is scheduled for the show’s episode on Tuesday, June 16. The show will start at its normal time of 11 a.m. ET.
