Since you cannot log in normally, try getting into the Windows Recovery Environment:
Windows should eventually show:
Preparing Automatic Repair
From there, try:
Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair
If that does not help, try:
Uninstall latest quality update
Or
System Restore (if restore points are available)
You can also try booting into:
Startup Settings → Safe Mode
to see if Windows will load with minimal drivers.
The incorrect date/time you saw can sometimes happen after a failed update or forced shutdown and does not necessarily mean the hardware is bad.
Hopefully Startup Repair or uninstalling the latest update gets you back in without needing a reinstall.
