Amazon Prime Day is right around the corner, dropping in on June 23 and running through June 26. The annual blowout sale offers discount across the site on everything from Apple products and drones to power stations. We also seeing early deals on pocket knives, specifically those from one of our favorites, Benchmade.
All of Benchmade’s knives are made in Oregon and are equipped with top-quality blades, which the company backs up with a their lifetime warranty and lifetime sharpening service. The knives are easy-to-deploy and are equipped with a robust locking mechanism. Nearly all are also fully ambidextrous and have a reversible clip, plus come with a wide variety of handle materials and colors.
Right now, the ever-popular Benchmade Bugout 535 is on sale, as is the Osborne 940, along with other models from the brand. Both full-size models and mini versions we’ve listed below are currently up to 20 percent off, all of which are excellent choices to add to your EDC.

The Osborne 940 is thought of as Benchmade’s most iconic blade, according to our resident knife expert Justin Park, though he says that given the choice he tends to reach for the Bugout. There are some key difference between the two, though both have stainless steel blades with excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance.
The Osborne 940 is sleek and lightweight, with a classic reverse tanto blade and an anodized aluminum handle with a satin finish. It’s available in a mini version, which is also on sale ahead of Prime Day.
Park says he prefers the Bugout for outdoor pursuits because of its low weight and volume, and because it “isn’t too techy or too tactical, as many ‘cool’ knives try to be.” Its design is straightforward and it has a standard drop-point blade.
While less popular than the Osborne and Bugout, the Freek 560 is another stylish, multifunctional option with the same Grivory handle as the Bugout, a “glass-reinforced plastic that doesn’t sacrifice rigidity,” according to Park.
The Freek 560 has a drop-point utility-style blade made of high-speed stainless steel, designed for retaining hardness(though it’s more challenging to sharpen than blades made with other types of stainless steel).
