HoABL launches 1% monthly payment plan for Naigaon housin...

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) announced on April 8, 2026, a new payment structure called the Growth Investment Plan (GIP) for its residential project in Naigaon, Western Mumbai. The plan allows homebuyers to pay just 1 per cent of the property value per month during the construction period, replacing the typical upfront requirement of around 45 per cent at an advanced construction stage.

The project offers 1,000 units — 1 BHK homes of 323 sq ft starting at ₹34.99 lakh and 2 BHK homes of 485 sq ft starting at ₹52.99 lakh. Buyers begin with a ₹999 registration fee, followed by 9.9 per cent at booking and 10 per cent one month later, with 1 per cent monthly payments thereafter until possession. The remaining balance is due at possession. State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Home Finance have granted Advance Processing Facility approvals for the plan.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan has been named Growth Mentor for the initiative. The company says the entire sales process is digital, with no site office, salespeople, or sample flat — a model it previously employed in its 2025 edition, where 1,419 homes drew 8,838 applications and sold out within weeks.

Post-possession, buyers are offered a one-year buyback guarantee at the original purchase price, along with a ten-year structural warranty. The project is being developed under a joint development agreement with Mittal Builders, with Xanadu Realty as knowledge partner.

HoABL, founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha, describes itself as India’s largest branded land developer with over 13 million sq ft of land sold and around 34 million sq ft under active development across five states. The company clarifies it has no association with the Lodha Group.
