Realty firm Signature Global will launch more branded luxury housing projects in Gurugram to meet rising demand for such homes and is in talks with lifestyle brands for partnership, a top company official said.

The company is also in discussion to acquire land parcels in Delhi-NCR to develop residential projects.

“There is a good demand for branded luxury homes at a reasonable price. In April, we tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram. We are looking for more such tie-ups,” Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal told PTI on the sidelines of ‘Bharat Buildcon’ event here.

He said the discussions are undergoing with lifestyle as well as hospitality brands and the partnership would be announced shortly.

Asked about sales this quarter, Aggarwal said it would be in line with previous quarters and expressed confidence of achieving the annual sales bookings guidance of ₹10,000 crore.

During the 2025-26 fiscal year, the company’s sales bookings fell 20 per cent to ₹8,250 crore from a record ₹10,290 crore in the preceding year. The company sold 2,114 homes in the last fiscal year, almost half of the 4,130 units in the preceding year.

The housing demand remains steady, although down from the peak level of 2022-24, Aggarwal said.

“The launch of housing projects could be less this fiscal. This will help in maintaining a healthy balance between demand and supply,” he added.

On land acquisition, Aggarwal said the company is in discussion and will soon conclude some deals.

Last month, he had said the company would invest around ₹3,500 crore this fiscal year on land acquisition in Gurugram region and construction activities.

Signature Global will invest around ₹2,000 crore on construction activities and ₹1,000-1,500 crore on land acquisition during FY27.

Signature Global has reported a multi-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹1,094.64 crore last fiscal year from ₹101.2 crore in the preceding year.

Its total income rose to ₹2,778.85 crore in FY26 from ₹2,637.99 crore in 2024-25.

Signature Global, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, has delivered 17.9 million sq ft of real estate since inception.
