KG Builders, the Chennai-based real estate developer, has launched two new plotted residential communities - KG Fields of Fortune in Kuthambakkam and KG Kingdom of Prosperity in Valarpuram near Thandalam, as part of its expanding presence in Western Chennai’s rapidly developing residential corridor.
Together, the projects form part of the company’s 120-acre plotted development portfolio in the region and represent an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹400 crore, says a release.
The developments are strategically located along the Valarpuram - Thirumazhisai growth corridor, which is witnessing increasing interest from homebuyers and investors due to the convergence of several major infrastructure projects. These include the Poonamallee Metro extension under Chennai Metro Phase II, the Chennai-Bengaluru Expressway, the upcoming Kuthambakkam Bus Terminus, and the proposed Greenfield Airport at Parandur.
“Western Chennai is witnessing a rare convergence of major infrastructure projects — from the Poonamallee Metro extension and the Chennai–Bengaluru Expressway to the Kuthambakkam Bus Terminus and the proposed Parandur Airport,” said Haresh Kishor, Managing Director, KG Builders.
