Table Space adds 4.25 lakh sqft in Mumbai, Pune
By BL Mumbai Bureau · 2026-04-21 · via Real Estate News, Property Prices, Housing, Commercial Development | The HinduBusinessLine

Table Space, a leading provider of enterprise managed office solutions, has expanded its portfolio in Maharashtra by adding about 4.25 lakh sqft of premium Grade-A managed workspace.

The expansion comes at a time when Global Capability Centres (GCC) drive about 40 per cent of Grade-A office leasing in India. By moving away from capex-heavy traditional leases, global enterprises are leveraging Table Space to deploy high-performance hubs in record time.

The move reinforces the company’s position as the partner of choice for GCC and Fortune 500 companies seeking to de-risk their real estate portfolios through the flexible managed workspace model.

The company has added 3.76 lakh sqft of office space across three marquee micro-markets at Wakad and Yerwada in Pune.

Located at the intersection of the Pune-Mumbai Expressway and Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, the 1.30 lakh sqft space in the western IT corridor of Wakad will serve as the primary hub for tech talent residing in Hinjewadi and Baner.

It has also taken 1.46 lakh sqft about 750 m from the Yerwada Metro Station and 5 km from Pune Airport. The site targets “fly-in, fly-out” leadership teams and firms requiring maximum urban accessibility.

Table Space has further anchored its presence in Pune by initiating operations of 1 lakh sqft ready-to-move-in suites at Koregaon Park. It caters to BFSI and high-end corporate headquarters that prioritise a premium lifestyle ecosystem for their employees.

In Navi Mumbai, Table Space has secured space at Mindspace Airoli East which provides enterprises with a cost-efficient alternative to core Mumbai markets. It offers proximity to the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and Airoli Railway Station.

Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO, Table Space, said enterprises are increasingly prioritising “speed-to-market” and ESG compliance. By integrating legal, IT and institutional-grade infrastructure into a single platform, the company will enable global brands to scale with unprecedented agility.

“Whether it’s a custom-built workspace or a ready-to-move-in suites solution, we are providing the infrastructure that powers the modern Indian economy,” he added.

Founded in 2017, the company operates a portfolio of over 11 million sqft across 80 centres in eight major cities. Serving over 425 clients, it specialises in a future-first Enterprise Workspace-as-a-Service model.
