Bitdefender Supports Ferrari Through Cybersecurity Built on Trust
Bitdefender Enterprise · 2026-05-26 · via Business Insights Cybersecurity Blog by Bitdefender

As exclusive cybersecurity partner of Scuderia Ferrari HP, Bitdefender supports Ferrari in strengthening its cybersecurity posture through the deployment of the GravityZone platform across its infrastructure.

Bitdefender supports Ferrari in strengthening its cybersecurity posture through the deployment of GravityZone, its unified cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance platform, across its infrastructure to strengthen security operations, reduce risk, and support resilient global performance.

“Centralized visibility and control are very important in a complex environment like Ferrari,” said Luca Pierro, Head of Enterprise Cybersecurity at Ferrari. “When you have thousands of systems and workloads to protect, you need a clear and unified view. Without that, it becomes more difficult to identify issues quickly and respond in a consistent way.”

In complex and highly connected environments such as Ferrari’s, cybersecurity plays a critical role in safeguarding the systems that keep the operations running. Across engineering, manufacturing, racing operations, and global business functions, security helps protect the systems that keep the organization moving in an environment where every second matters.

“GravityZone brings prevention, protection, detection, and response, along with risk visibility, into a single platform. This consolidation allows Ferrari to reduce fragmentation, standardize protection, and maintain a consistent view across systems,” said Daniel Dărăban, Vice President of Products at Bitdefender.

These dynamics are consistent with what Bitdefender observes across global organizations operating in similarly complex environments. Modern attacks are increasingly relying on legitimate tools and AI-driven automation to move faster and remain undetected.

“What we’re seeing is a shift in how attacks unfold,” said Dragoș Gavriluț, Vice President of Threat Research at Bitdefender. “Attackers are increasingly abusing legitimate tools and trusted applications to move inside environments more quietly and quickly. When you combine that with AI-driven automation, attacks can scale faster and adapt in real time. That’s why organizations need security that can identify suspicious behavior early and respond before an incident spreads.”

Ferrari operates as one of the most recognizable and closely watched brands in the world. This level of visibility, combined with a highly connected and expanding environment, makes cybersecurity both more critical and more complex.

“The attack surface is growing, environments are more connected, and threats are moving faster. Over the past year, cybersecurity has become more complex in ways that demand a more proactive, intelligence-driven approach to defense. What led us to the implementation of GravityZone was stronger visibility, stronger control, and a more efficient way to support security operations,” added Luca Pierro.

Through this collaboration, Bitdefender supports Ferrari in strengthening coordination, improving oversight, and achieving more consistent security outcomes at scale.

“When it comes to cybersecurity, Bitdefender is a strategic partner to Ferrari, and our relationship is built on trust,” said Luca Pierro. “Trust is a critical foundation when protecting a complex organization. In today’s threat landscape, trust goes beyond technology. It means having confidence in the people, the expertise, and the ability to respond effectively to evolving risks.”
