During the visit, the Chief Minister praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for establishing the country’s only National Sports University in Manipur, describing it as a prestigious project for the state and the nation.
The Chief Minister was received by Vice-Chancellor Daljit Singh Chaudhary, former Director General of the Border Security Force, along with senior university officials.
A review meeting was held at the university’s academic building, where officials of the National Building Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) briefed the Chief Minister on the status of construction activities at the campus.
