





























Robbery case cracked in Assam's Nagaon; Two arrested, Rs 45,000 recovered
The police have cracked a robbery case reported from the Morikolong area of Nagaon town, arresting two persons in connection with the incident, Senior Superintendent of Police Partha Pratim Das said on April 26.
The main accused, Umar Ali, and another suspect, Mintu Hussain, have been taken into custody. The police also recovered Rs 45,000 from their possession.
Das said Umar Ali is a repeat offender and has been involved in several robbery cases in the past, including in Sonitpur district.
Three other suspects are still absconding, and efforts are under way to trace and apprehend them.
