Cloud Engineer
As an AirWalk Engineer you will always work in a team and you will always be around people you can learn from. Generally, our Engineers have experience in most of the below:

Technical Lead

You'll have excellent knowledge of software development. We mainly use C++ or Java, so experience with those is really helpful, but if you can show expertise in other languages, good theoretical knowledge and an ability to learn quickly we'd still love to hear from you.

We are currently looking for a Software Developer with good experience in Java and C programming. The candidate will be involved in the development of modelling and statistical analysis capability for the control, optimisation, and monitoring of production processes as well as the development of the user interface of our software suite, PerceptiveAPC. Together with developing new functionality, the candidate will support the existing code base and will be involved in interpreting requirements from internal and external users.

Principal Tech Support Engineer (Auckland)
The Ruckus Networks Staff Technical Support Engineer will be a part of the APAC region BullDog Advanced Technical Support team and will provide technical support to our Global Major Account Customers, either via our Partners or direct to the end customer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for promptly troubleshooting, isolating a root cause and providing a resolution to customers critical technical issues and providing Root Cause Analysis as required.
- Required to interact with our customers in collecting the logs and network data (packets) and analyzing the data in isolating network issues.
- Replicate customer technical environment in the Support lab to recreate customer issues.
- Work closely with engineering in debugging the logs and collect data in isolating SW/HW defects and follow through on delivering a fix to customers in critical situations.
