Fattal Hotel Group on Monday unveiled FATTAL COLORS, a new collection of boutique hotels designed to bring character, color, and urban energy to the city.

Each hotel in the collection has its own name, style, and personality, creating a unique hospitality experience that reflects the pulse of its location.

The hotels are deeply connected to local culture, blending contemporary design with the city’s lifestyle. Traditional hotel features like dining rooms are replaced with trendy restaurants and cafés, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the local culinary scene while staying in the heart of Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.

The launch campaign for FATTAL COLORS is the first in Israel’s hospitality industry to be created entirely with AI-generated imagery, produced by artist Ella Uzan. The visuals combine creativity and technology to reflect the eclectic and innovative spirit of the hotels.

The initial collection includes seven hotels, such as Bazaar Hotel in Jaffa, Reception Hotel on Rothschild Boulevard, and Sam & Blondie in Sheinkin. Future openings will expand the collection, including properties named THE BANK and Alliance House, each offering a distinctive urban experience.

“Urban hospitality today is much more than a place to stay,” said Maya Shalev, VP of Marketing and Sales at Fattal Hotel Group. “It is an expression of identity, personal taste, and how people choose to experience a city. FATTAL COLORS creates variety through hotels with their own rhythm, character, and color, offering a local experience without compromising on high standards of service and quality.”
