& even if you can afford a nursing home, this does not mean you are going to be cared for. A diaper change twice a day. A meal that is warm if you are lucky. And the administrator will tell you “Nobody cares like Family”
& if you are in a nursing home it is no grantee of good outcomes. Someone has to make sure you are ok and sometimes it is a CNA but too often it is nobody. And what are you going to do if you don’t have medicaid and medicare? You go into a hospital then the worst last resort nursing homes in the state and you stay there. Untill the end.
& if you are homesless and can not leave under your own power. You stay in that last resort nursing home untill the end
I wonder what the nurses using the nursing apps look like?
