LG has announced two different C6 OLED TV ranges for 2026 -- the C6 and the much brighter C6H -- with prices starting at $1,399. The C6 will come in 42-inch to 65-inch sizes, while the C6H will come in 77-inch and 83-inch sizes and features the Hyper Radiant technology also featured in the higher-end G6 and W6.

At CES, LG announced the company's latest Hyper Radiant technology is only coming in the larger sizes, and these are now called the C6H to reduce confusion. The Hyper Radiant technology combines its own Tandem system for higher brightness (two OLED panels sandwiched together) and improved color processing.

As a result, the company said the 77-inch and 83-inch C6H TVs will have up to 3.9 times the brightness of its B series and feature the other benefits of OLED, including better contrast, motion clarity and shadow detail. Meanwhile, the 65-inch and smaller sizes of the C6 don't get the same upgrades, and I expect them to perform similarly to earlier panels like the C5 and the C4.

The C6H fixes one of my reservations about the C series: the lack of true, yearly upgrades to the line, especially in comparison to the G series. I would have liked to see the C6H extend down to the more popular 65-inch size, though.

It's also worth noting the new G6 uses Hyper Radiant, but it costs $800 more than the C6H at the 77-inch size ($4,499 vs $3,699). This could mean the C6H is real contender when it comes to a large-screen OLED with a decent bang for buck.

The LG C4 was our pick for best OLED screen for the past two years, and I'm looking forward to seeing the upgrades to the C6H in comparison to screens like the Samsung S90H and S95H. Both the C6 and C6H TVs will be available in March with the pricing as follows:
