The organisation has plans to accelerate its international growth strategy, amid a 50pc revenue growth to more than $18m in the past six months.

Primecore, a life sciences consultancy, has announced plans to create another 50 new jobs across their offices in Ireland and the US over the next three years. 

The organisation previously announced 100 new roles in December 2025, with the 50pc increase in available jobs representative of a period of significant growth for Primecore, with recorded revenue growth of more than 50pc to $18m in the past six months. The company is now forecasting $50m in revenue by 2028.

Primecore has offices in Cork, Dublin, Philadelphia and Boston, and last year was acquired by former DPS Group executives. Primecore develops operations strategies for the biopharma sector, with a focus on product and pipeline programme management, manufacturing, supply chain, capital projects and delivering on strategic initiatives.

The company also announced the appointment of former DPS Group managing director Kevin Fenton as managing partner of advanced technology solutions.

Aidan O’Dwyer, the CEO of Primecore, said: “We have made significant progress since we set out our growth plans in December. Now Kevin’s appointment as ATS managing partner gives us the leadership, sector experience and credibility to grow our capability at pace across Ireland, the US and international markets. 

“This is a natural extension of our life sciences heritage and our core strengths. Ireland has a strong international reputation in life sciences, engineering and advanced manufacturing.”

In late May, Irish AI health-tech company xWave Technologies announced plans to raise €3m in a new round of funding. 

The NovaUCD-headquartered organisation also plans to create 30 new job opportunities to be filled within the next three years. The company explained that there has been a rise in global demand for skills in imaging, pathology, cardiology, endoscopy and physiological diagnostics, coinciding with a constrained supply of specialist clinicians.
