NetBird's April Newsletter

Hello NetBird Community!

March was a big month at NetBird — packed with powerful updates. We introduced Traffic Events Logging for deeper visibility, launched our Kubernetes Operator, and rolled out a brand-new MSP Portal. If you missed any of it, this newsletter has you covered. Read on for all the highlights!

What’s new in NetBird?

Traffic Events Logging

Traffic Events Logging in NetBird

We’ve introduced an experimental feature that gives you deeper visibility into your network. With Traffic Events Logging, you can track peer-to-peer and peer-to-resource connections across your infrastructure. It helps answer key questions like: who connected to what, when, and why — useful for both debugging and security auditing.

Note: Currently available on the NetBird Cloud (Business plan only) and requires client version 0.39 or higher.

We'll be doing a walkthrough of the feature set in our upcoming webinar.
Sign-up details in the webinar section below.

NetBird Kubernetes Operator

We’ve released the NetBird Kubernetes Operator to streamline secure mesh networking in Kubernetes environments.

The Operator automates the deployment and lifecycle management of NetBird Agents as DaemonSets, ensuring each node in your cluster is securely connected to your private network. It supports multi-node clusters, automatic key rotation, and simplified coordination with your NetBird Management UI or API. Ideal for platform teams looking to reduce manual config overhead while enabling secure, peer-to-peer networking across clusters.

Our New MSP Portal is Live

NetBird MSP Portal

For MSPs and MSSPs managing multiple clients, the new MSP Portal simplifies everything. You can now manage all your customers’ NetBird accounts from one place — with unified billing and a clean interface to switch between tenants. Each tenant remains fully isolated as its own account, but invoicing is grouped under your MSP. This makes managing network access and configuration across multiple organizations a lot less manual.

You can sign up for the upcoming webinar for a live walkthrough of the MSP Portal.

KubeCon Europe 2025

NetBird at KubeCon Europe 2025

Last week, the NetBird team hit the floor at KubeCon Europe 2025 in London!

We had a blast connecting with the Kubernetes community and showcasing how NetBird brings Zero Trust access to K8s environments — with simple, secure, and cloud-agnostic connectivity.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to chat, grab some swag, and learn how we’re making secure infrastructure access seamless.

MSPGeekCon – Orlando (May 4–6)

MSPGeekCon 2025

We'll be attending MSPGeekCon in Orlando this May. If you're visiting, we'd love to meet you in person to have an in-depth conversation about your requirements.

👉 Apply for your MSP account , and let's configure it together at GeekCon.
