Taylor Swift, Cardi B, Timothée Chalamet, Adam Sandler, Spike Lee, Ben Stiller, and more have shown up courtside

While celebrities showing up courtside for NBA Finals aren’t anything new, a Knicks Finals game has a different kind of appeal — especially when it’s the team’s first NBA Finals appearance since 1999.

As the New York Knicks face off with the San Antonio Spurs, the showdown has brought together fans and famous faces from across industries to the witness the historic battle nearly three decades in the making.

On Wednesday, for Game 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, Taylor Swift showed up alongside fellow singer-songwriters Alana and Este Haim. The trio donned blue and orange “Stevie Knicks” tees for the occasion, causing a ruckus among attendees craning to glimpse The Life of a Showgirl star. Following the Knicks’s stunning Game 4 win, Swift was seen celebrating with fans.

Elsewhere in the building that night were Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner. The couple coordinated in matching Chrome Hearts blue denim looks with bright orange crosses.

Of course, courtside mainstays and superfans Ben Stiller, Spike Lee, Tracy Morgan, Fat Joe, Larry David, and Adam Sandler have been spotted. Jay-Z, Tina Fey, Pete Davidson, and DJ Khaled were also in attendance in the past week. So was Donald Trump, who was booed.

For many fans, the halftime shows have been a highlight of the Finals. Cardi B delivered a high-voltage performance during Game 3 that saw her perform “Bodega Baddie,” a blistering track off her recent album, Am I the Drama?, and “Bodak Yellow” for the thousands gathered at Madison Square Garden.

The next day, Staten Island’s own Wu-Tang Clan hit the court for Game 4’s halftime show. The group launched into a fiery performance of “Wu‐Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing ta F’ Wit,” “Method Man” and more in an attempt to revive Knicks fans following a dismal first half as the Spurs entered the third quarter with a huge lead. At the end of the performance, Method Man prophesied: “Knicks in 5.” His prediction remained possible, as the Knicks rallied to defeat the Spurs, 107-106, after a historic comeback in the second half to take a 3-1 lead in the series.
