Text says E-QUAL Joins CFA Australia, Continuing 30 Years of Disability Access and Inclusion Leadership. Below are the logos of CFA Australia and E-QUAL.

Centre for Accessibility Australia (CFA Australia) is pleased to announce that E-QUAL Disability Consultants has joined CFA Australia, bringing together more than 30 years of disability access and inclusion experience with CFA Australia’s accessibility and inclusion services.

For decades, E-QUAL has supported organisations across Western Australia and beyond through disability access and inclusion consulting, training, and advisory services. Through this transition, that important work will continue under CFA Australia.

From today, 1 July 2026, E-QUAL’s services and expertise become part of CFA Australia. This will help continue E-QUAL’s important work in the disability sector while strengthening the support available to organisations, communities and workplaces.

CFA Australia will continue delivering E-QUAL’s disability access and inclusion services, including support for Disability Access and Inclusion Plans (DAIPs), accessibility consulting, training, and advisory services. The addition of these services complements CFA Australia’s existing work in accessibility audits, training, consulting, and advocacy.

Importantly, E-QUAL Founder and Director, Leanda Syme, will continue supporting clients as a consultant with CFA Australia. Her ongoing involvement will help maintain the expertise, relationships, and knowledge developed over more than 30 years of service to the disability sector.

Dr. Scott Hollier, CEO and Founder of CFA Australia, welcomed the addition of E-QUAL to the organisation.

“We are excited to have the expertise and passion of E-QUAL and founder Leanda Syme join CFA Australia as we continue to grow and improve accessibility processes across Australia,” said Dr. Hollier.

Leanda Syme said she was excited about the opportunities the new arrangement would create.

“I am thrilled to be joining an organisation that truly values the leadership and expertise of people with disability. With our shared values and combined strengths, we can make a greater impact in the access and inclusion space.”

Building on E-QUAL’s legacy, CFA Australia looks forward to continuing to support organisations, government agencies, businesses, and community groups to create environments, services, and experiences that are accessible and inclusive for people with disability.

To learn more about these services, visit the E-QUAL Access and Inclusion page within our Services section.

We warmly welcome E-QUAL’s clients, partners and supporters to CFA Australia and look forward to working together to create more accessible and inclusive communities!
