The Women's Six Nations 2026 live streams see England attempt to continue their dominance over the tournament by going for an eighth straight championship. And, as many predicted and many more others hoped, it's all come down to a Grand Slam decider against France on the last match of Super Sunday.

2025 was a huge year for the Red Roses. Having already matched their Six Nations seven-in-a-row from 2006-12, they then went on to win a first World Cup in over a decade in front of an adoring home crowd. The number 1-ranked team in the world have a new general in place for this one, with inspirational Megan Jones taking over captaincy duties from the pregnant Zoe Stratford (née Aldcroft). They started things off in style with a comfortable win over Ireland, followed by crunching beatings of Scotland and Wales.

The only team that ever seemed likely to to stop them was France. Not only are they undefeated this time around, they're also the last nation outside of England to get their hands on the trophy. It's all been set up for a dramatic title decider in Bordeaux this Sunday, May 17 at 4.45pm BST / 11.45pm ET. Elsewhere on Super Sunday, Ireland have the chance to seal third place against Scotland, while Wales have a home tie in Cardiff against Italy to try and avoid three wooden spoons on the trot.

Here's where to watch the Women's Six Nations 2026 live streams online from anywhere, potentially for FREE.
