This episode features founder Kaylynn Jordan, and VP Jon Jordan of Ethical Sourcing. Kaylynn founded Ethical Sourcing as a way to give people a fair wage in developing countries, bring unique products to stateside retailers, and support international causes for education and human trafficking. They currently manage some 250 products and service 6 retailers. To Kaylynn, business is not intended to harm, but to build up communities and families.
